Our postage costs are based on price of your order:
£10.00 - £24.99 = £2.50
£25.00 and above = FREE SHIPPING!
All UK orders are sent via First Class or First Class Signed For.
It should take 1-2 working days once posted.
Please note that first class isn't a guaranteed by date service and we will not give refunds for slightly delayed mail.

All International orders are sent via Airmail.
It should take roughly 10 working days (Europe usually quicker).

We post everyday. However for larger items and the majority of international items we post items on Tuesday and Fridays at 10am GMT.
If you need an item by a specific time, we recommend you contact us prior to purchase. By purchasing you are agreeing to our posting days and our terms and conditions.

We can then give you an estimated delivery date and if necessary offer an expedited service.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days for UK orders and 21days for International orders. Items must be returned unused and in a sellable condition with all tags & packaging intact. All shipping fees (original and subsequent) are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return?
No need to email, simply post the item back to us with a note stating the order number and if you would like an exchange for a different size or a refund.

When will I receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed within 5 working days and will be made via the original payment method used.
When will I receive my exchange?
If you requested a new size, it will take roughly the same amount of time for the original item to get to you.
Item was returned to sender??
If an item is returned to us due to customer supplying an incorrect address or not being available to sign for item we can resend the item but the customer must pay postage fees again. If the buyer would prefer a refund, we will do this minus the postage cost.
